EMMELINE AGLIPAY VILLAR,

Under Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (s2016) - FOI, the law and rules you must abide by in Freedom of Information Requests, a Court Order over-rides Exemptions as I am sure you are aware, or ought to be. A Court Order was issued on the 1st September 2020 against the DOJ and received by the Office of the Chief State Counsel in charge of Extraditions, hence any refusal to release is against the law. 

Please Quote under what law are you refusing to abide by a Court Order?
