Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the Guidelines on the Katarungang Pambarangay Conciliation Procedure to Prevent Circumvention of the Revised Katarungang Pambarangay Law. This contains the conciliation procedure for cases falling under the jurisdiction of the barangay.
