Hi I would like to request a copy of the Opinion issued by the DOJ on 6 August 2021 on Whether the special realty tax rate under the Renewable Energy Act is inclusive of the additional tax which accrues to the Special Education Fund (SEF) as provided under Section 235 of the Local Government Code (Republic Act No. 7160).
