As advised by our Docket Section, this matter is better addressed to the NBI since the DOJ main office only has record of cases filed before the main office in Manila. There may be cases filed against you in city, provincial or regional prosecution offices or even before the courts. By securing a clearance from the NBI, you will determine if your name has a hit.
