Good day, Atty. Olba!
I am Patrick T. Rodriguez, a student from Treston International College in BGC, Taguig, and this message is regarding my ANAHAW certification-related request, which is for my ongoing research paper entitled: Green Practices of DOT-Accredited Restaurants in Rizal Province (this is a working title). This study will investigate the extent and effectiveness of environmentally sustainable/green practices implemented by restaurants accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT) in Rizal Province, if any. This study will provide the current DOT-accredited restaurants in Rizal and other restaurants nationwide with a more comprehensive list of green practices and initiatives of restaurants that these restaurants should observe to address particular Sustainable Development Goals connected to this study; ANAHAW certification specific qualifications and indicators as one of its primary references. Furthermore, this study shall also measure how green practices within these restaurants affected their impacts, such as revenue and restaurant (owner) and customer perception.
I sent the required identification card along with this message in this email: foi_dm@tourism.gov.ph.
I hope you can help me with this concern. Thank you very much!
Cordially,
Patrick T. Rodriguez
