4 October 2023 Dear Citizen, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 1 October 2023 11:02:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Planning Guidelines for a Convention and Exhibition center. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office will have to deny this request as it is similar to your other request with the reference number #DOT-287212900176 dated 15 September 2023 which we have already answered on 19 September 2023. The DOT provides for the mandatory and minimum requirements for MICE facilities, however, specific planning designs are outside the jurisdiction of the agency and at the discretion of the proponent.
