1. A refund from the said agency worth 15,999.
2. To report the gcash account of Evalinda Lbogado, 09693542120.

Their fb page are no longer available. They have already deactivated their account.

Your request

You asked for a refund for your paid trip worth P15,999.00 from The Countrywide Travel and Tours. with DOT Accreditation no. NCR TTA 01284-2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not handle such requests/complaints. 

However, you may wish to directly send your complaint to feedback@tourism.gov.ph, addressed to Director Virgilio Maguigad, DOT - Office of Tourism Standard and Regulations for appropriate action. Kindly attach all relevant documents such as Official Receipt/s or Billing Invoice, email conversation, Booking Confirmation, etc. as proof of your transaction as well as the details of the incident.

Your right to request a review
