In particular, it would be helpful to know the exact/specific information that you wish to request and its exact/specific covered period; - kindly specify the period of the data being requested in #1 (ex. 2019 to 2021). For #2, kindly clarify what you mean by commercial establishments, are they regular commercial establishments or those considered tourism-related establishments such as restaurants, spas, etc.

•Specific reason for, or purpose of, the request for information. Please note that general averments such as “for research”, “for information”, “for legal purposes” or other similarly worded purposes shall NOT be considered to have met the requirements of specificity; - kindly provide specific details on what and how the data will be used i.e name of research/ thesis/ study you are conducting with a brief background.

1.	Number of foreign and domestic tourists; and
2.	Occupancy rate of hotels.

For number 2, upon coordination with DOT Region 4A, they have no available data on the occupancy rate of hotels.
