Hello, good day!

Our Architectural Design 7 course project is titled "EL ESTANQUE PENINSULA: A Proposed 5-star Resort Hotel Complex in Cavinti, Laguna". It is a study and a proposal that aims to generate economic and tourism activities in the often overlooked municipality through the construction of a 5-star resort hotel complex, designed with respect to sustainable tourism practices. What are the factors why the municipality is overshadowed in popularity by its neighboring towns, and how the Caliraya and Lumot lakes is a significant asset for the landlocked town.

I am reiterating my request for the following:

1. Annual and Monthly Total number of Tourist arrival in Laguna and Cavinti in 2018-2022 (Statistical data to prove that Laguna is already a known tourism hotspot for both local and international tourists, enough to suffice a 5-star hotel, as well as the demographic of the tourists)

2. CALABARZON Inventory of Tourist Attractions (this will be used for the site selection criteria and site analysis of the proposed resort hotel complex)

3. Laguna Accredited Accommodation Enterprises List (the list, which contain the DOT accredited accommodations in the province, will provide data for the SWOT analysis, for instance, threats such as competitors and opportunities like limited bed capacity)
