You asked for Accredited Agri-Eco Tourism Parks in the Philippines.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Per coordination with DOT-NCR, the term “Agri-Eco Tourism Park” seems to be a combination. An establishment could be categorized as Agri-Tourism Farm and Facility, or Ecotourism Facility; the two have different list of requirements.
Listed below are the general requirements for Accreditation:
- Valid Mayor's Permit/Business License
- DTI Business Name Certificate (for Sole Proprietor) or SEC Registration
- Certificate and Articles of Incorporation and its By-Laws (for Partnerships & Corporations) or Articles of Cooperation and Its By-Laws (for Cooperatives) Other Documents
Attached herewith is the file in pdf form, Requirements for Accreditation of Secondary Tourism Enterprises. Both of them fall under the Tourism Related Establishments category, wherein you will find the specific requirements for each type.
We also attached the file for the Rules and Regulation for Accrediting an Agri-Tourism Farm Site, we hope this could help you in your research.
