Your request:

You asked for The Number of departures(philipine tourist) philipino.

Response to your request:

Since you did not provide proof of Filipino citizenship  which is required under the DOT FOI Manual and Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016, we regret that we are constrained to DENY your request.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution which  is the basis for the requirement under the DOT FOI Manual states:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law.”
