Your FOI request is approved.

1. You may find the data on the number of tourists in Angeles City from 2017-2022 through this link: http://www.tourism.gov.ph/tourism_dem_sup_pub.aspx

2. As to the Central Luzon Regional Tourism Development Plan, we have attached the available copy;

3. As for the copy of the National Tourism Development Plan, we can only provide the 2016-2022 version since the 2023-2028 is not yet available for dissemination at this time. You can find a copy of the NTDP 2016-2022 online at: http://tourism.gov.ph/NTDP.aspx

4. As for the Guidelines for MICE Venues, you may find the Updated Progressive Accreditation Standard (PAS) which covers MICE venues and is currently being disseminated to tourism stakeholders through this link: https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEERPVC04NjM0OTIyNjUzMTAM.

5. As for the design guidelines for a creative hub, there is no one standard for recreational camp facilities, only tourism recreational centers under Secondary Tourism Enterprises. As such, the number of DOT-accredited tourism recreational centers covers recreational camp facilities.
