Please refer to our previous request under #DOT-871804122665, we would like to get a PDF copy that is readable and printable for legal purposes.

Also, we would like to know the involvement of a certain Mr. Marc Ortiz Luis from Tourism Operation Office I of DOT MIMAROPA regarding the corrupt practice of fixing this bidded project.

Please ake sure that all bidders are included in the document, not just the awarded bidder.

This is for a legal action against the awarded bidder and Mr. Marc Ortiz, for failure of payment as a subcontractor, and corrupt practice act.
