Good day! I would like to ask for the following data for my Research/Thesis entitled "A Proposed MIMAROPA Regional Government Center". The data that I need are :

1. List of Number of Employee per Department/Division/Services ( Includes number of employee per position) 

2. Number of Transactions/Clients per day ( Per department)

3. Ratio of Employee to Clientele per day

4. Organizational Structure

5. List of Events and Activities (2023)

You asked for The number of regional government employees per department.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance will have to deny this request as it is similar to your other request with reference number #DOT-637725678079 dated October 24, 2023, which is now on Processing.  Please be informed that the standard processing period is fifteen (15) working days but it can be extended for another twenty (20) working days for complex requests.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco of the Department of Tourism and send it through email address: foi_ro@tourism.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
