Good day!

We are 4th Year College Students from Marasigan Institute of Science and Technology, currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. In line with our ongoing research entitled "Investigating the Travel Visits in Tagaytay Amidst the Pandemic" we would like to request for the - Monthly Figure of Tourist Arrival (Same day and Overnight) in Tagaytay from Jan 2020 to Mar 2023 - as this study aims to investigate reasons for possible increase or down thrend in tourist arrival and address its continuous effect in the tourism industry.

You asked for the monthly number of same-day and overnight tourists in Tagaytay from January 2020- March 2023.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

We have enclosed a copy of the report submitted by the DOT CALABAZON. 

Please note that we can only provide some of the information you requested as this is the only available data in DOT CALABARZON and according to them, the province of Cavite has yet to submit its report for the 1st quarter of FY2023. For other queries, you may wish to directly coordinate with the Tourism Office of Tagaytay City at: https://www.tagaytay.gov.ph/contactus.html
