•	average occupancy rate of hotels in Davao City during pre-covid 2019, start of covid 2020, and as covid persisted up to date for Davao City
•	Current accommodations: What forms of real estate cashflow assets are being used by renters in Poblacion (hotels? dorms? apartments? Airbnb? Etc) in Davao City
•	Rental rate in Davao city 
•	Occupancy rate in Davao City
•	Rental terms (Long term? Short term? – which is more preferred/dominant) in Davao City

We have enclosed a copy of the report on the average occupancy rate of hotels in Davao City from 2019 to 2021.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as these are the only available data in DOT Region 11. Regarding rentals and other real estates in Davao City, you should directly coordinate with Davao City LGU through their website: https://www.davaocity.gov.ph/contact-us/
