I am a graduate student at the University of Santo Tomas conducting my MBA thesis about crisis response of the hotel industry during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on business recovery and performance. Furthermore, I would like to analyze the correlation between hotel star ratings and post-pandemic performance. As a part of the course requirement, I am humbly writing your distinguished office for assistance to provide me with the data requested to support my quest for knowledge.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.
Per DOT-NCR, their office does not collect data on revenue from hotels. However, you may directly coordinate with the concerned hotels in Metro Manila.
