Hi! i am confused with the response given to me, i already uploaded a valid id upon sign up but why still ask for the valid id and not giving any information where to send it

Regarding your concern, we have noticed that you have not provided a copy of a valid Identification Card in your previous requests.

In this regard, we kindly request you to reupload a copy of a valid Identification Card in the FOI Portal.
