Your FOI request was approved. We enclosed a copy of the information you have requested.
As for the Farm Tourism Strategic Action Plan 2021-2023, it is still being finalized and is subject to the approval of the Farm Tourism Development Board.
As such, we are constrained to deny your request for the aforementioned Action Plan under Section 6 (b) of Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 89, which exempts from the right to access to information such information of which a premature disclosure would be likely to frustrate implementation of a proposed official action.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the attached files are the only available data from DOT Region VI.
