You asked for Hotel Occupancy, ADR and Number of Tourists (Makati City).
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Below are the only data provided by DOT-NCR:
1. Number of Visitor Arrivals for 2015-2019 for the whole of NCR:
> 2015 - 1,417,075 (NCR)
> 2016 - 517,475 (NCR)
> 2017 - 716,807 (NCR)
> 2018 - 626,168 (NCR)
>2019 - 2,874,188 (unofficial, for validation)
Makati - 370,012
2. Average Occupancy Rate: 65.41% (NCR)
> 2019 data still under validation
3. Based on the accredited hotels in Makati, records show that Makati City has 38 accredited establishments as of December 31, 2020 with 7,673 rooms. The same list can be accessed in the DOT Official Website, http://www.tourism.gov.ph/, under Accreditation.
According to DOT-NCR, their records show aggregated data on visitor arrivals and average occupancy rate for the whole of 2000 to 2018.
