In line with that, I would like to request your good office of the Site Selection Criteria for resort tourism developments (if there's any)

You asked for Site Selection Criteria for Tourism.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

According to DOT Region IV-A, they do not have data regarding Site Selection Criteria for Resort Tourism developments. You may perhaps consult with the LGU of Laguna.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Bernadette Romulo-Puyat at 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
