The reason for these requests is to evaluate a Certain Transport Cooperative if putting up a taxi business in Tagaytay is viable. Based on them, their target market is tourists from NCR, other provinces, and even foreigners. We also need to get a study to check if the occupancy rates of hotels in Tagaytay are getting back to the "normal". Also, to support their assumptions that there is a "need" for a taxi or van rental in the area despite the traffic and the market segment. As we think, that the tourists are bringing their own car when going to Tagaytay.

This is for the evaluation of the loan application of our client. As part of our evaluation. We need to check the market industry, the viability of the project, financials, character, etc. It would be helpful if you could classify the data on tourist arrival between weekdays and weekends. Also, if we can get the data covering FY 2019 to FY 2022 so that we can compare the data during the: pre-pandemic; pandemic, and current situation.
