Good day!

I would like to request a copy of the National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP) 2023-2028. The purpose of this request is for my Undergraduate Architectural Thesis "Hugpu: Cagayan de Oro Community Mall and Urban Park through Human Centered Architecture."

You asked for National Tourism Development Plan 2023-2028.

Response to your request

As such, we are constrained to deny your request under Section 6 (b) of Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 89, which exempts from the right to access to information such information that a premature disclosure would be likely to frustrate the implementation of a proposed official action.

Rest assured that the NTDP will eventually be made available through the DOT portal or website once available for release.

Your right to request a review
