I completely understand your specific requirements and to comply with such, our research procedure in line with the requested data/information will be used as among our references in the study we (Valuation Team of Colliers International Philippines, Inc.) are preparing for our client who intends to better understand the hotel market in Davao before concluding his investment/divestment decision.

Your Request

You asked for the following tourism data in Davao City from 2010 to 2022:

1.	Number of Hotel Rooms;
2.	Annual and Monthly Hotel Occupancy Rates;
3.	Annual and Monthly Average Length of Stay of Guests; and
4.	Annual and Monthly Average Daily Expenditure of foreign tourists.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

We have enclosed a copy of the information you requested on Hotel Occupancy Rates, the Average Length of Stay of Guests, and the total number of Hotel Rooms.

Please note that we can only provide some of the information you requested. We have coordinated with the DOT Region 11 and the Davao City Tourism Office but these are the only available data they submitted.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with our response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review by writing a letter or email addressed to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco of the Department of Tourism and sending it through the email address: foi_ro@tourism.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with the response and should be made within 15 working days from the date when you received this response. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date when we receive your request for review.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
