Good day! I'm Nicole P. Bringquez, a 5th-year BS Architecture student at Notre Dame Dadiangas University in General Santos City. I'm currently working on my undergraduate thesis. In order to support the data needed for my study, may I request the following data:

1. Income generated by General Santos City from tourism 2018-2022.
2. Income generated by Region XII from tourism 2018-2022.
3. Current condition and challenges of tourism in Region XII (2018-2022).
4. Current condition and challenges of tourism in General Santos City (2018-2022).

Greetings!
The requested data will be solely used for personal and educational requirements as part of our undergraduate thesis entitled "A Proposed Multi-Cultural Heritage Tourism Park in General Santos City: An Architectural Window to the Rich Traditions of the Original Settlers of SOCCSKSARGEN Region." The data requested will help me to further my study and will be used as tables supporting the background of the study. 

I also sent my school I.D via email as requested. Please refer to the attached documents.

You asked for data on tourist receipts in General Santos and Region XII from 2018 to 2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Upon coordination with DOT Region 12, they do not have data on tourist receipts in the region as it usually requires a survey. For data on tourist receipts in General Santos, you may wish to directly coordinate with the Gen San Tourism Office through email: gensantourism@gmail.com or teleFax: +63 (83) 552-8427.
