Rarang 11:18 AM, Dec 16, 2023

Good day Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to report an incident that happened to me last Dec 12, 2023 with Flight Status Travel and Tours with registered permit in DOT of DOT-RO3-TRA-01145-2022
I inquired Monday to Flight Status as I saw its sponsored ads of travel from Manila to Boracay and after several inquiries and request for our upcoming travel I decided to book our travels with them.I asked for DTI and ID before I sent the 60%downpayment which cost 97k+ that I did in three(3) separate online bank transfers. But right after my 3rd transfers no responds on my inquiries until now Dec 16, 2023.
