You may find the available data on the number of tourists from 2019 to 2021 thru this link: http://www.tourism.gov.ph/tourism_dem_sup_pub.aspx

While the data for 2022 is attached.

Upon coordination with DOT Region 7, their office has no available data on the demographic profiles of the tourists in Cebu City.

It is suggested that you directly get in touch with the Cebu City Tourism Office as they are in the best position to answer this query. Below are the contact details:
