Your Request

You asked for the following tourism data:
1.	Number of Tourism Recreation Centers in the Philippines; and 
2.	The tourism revenue of Tourism Recreation Centers.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

You may find the list of DOT Accredited Tourism Recreation Centers in the Philippines through this link: https://beta.tourism.gov.ph/

We have also enclosed a copy of the Summary of DOT Accredited Tourism Enterprises as of 28 November 2022.

Meanwhile, we only have a copy of the summary of inbound tourist expenditure from 2017 to 2021 which you may find relevant to your request for tourism revenue.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested because such data are generated annually hence the partial report. Also, since the category for tourism recreation centers does not refer to one specific type, the data falls under Entertainment and Recreation.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with our response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review by writing a letter or email addressed to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco of the Department of Tourism and send it through email address: foi_ro@tourism.gov.ph.
