2) tourists that brings private vehicles
3) Baguio residents
4) Baguio residents with private vehicles
This is for the purpose of data gathering for the study I am working, "A Study on Limiting the Influx of Private Vehicles of Non-Residents to Prevent Traffic Congestion in Baguio City"
