I would like to request for A list of provinces with most tourist arrivals and least travel  arrivals from yr 2017-2019. Kindly  include  the data with number of tourist arrival per year. 

Example:

The data  gathered will be used in determining  which provinces have the least  tourist arrivals and determining a solution
