You asked for tourism data on Boracay from 2021-2022:
1. tourist arrivals
2. length of stay of guests
3. tourist expense/receipts

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

Additionally, we are constrained to DENY your request in accordance with Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 which provides that access to information using the FOI is restricted to Filipinos only.

Your right to request a review
