Hi! I'm a 4th-year student at Mapua University working on my undergraduate thesis about reducing carbon emissions in recreational facilities. I want to request information on the following: 

- CLUP of Sta. Ana, Cagayan.
- recommended sites for resorts in Cagayan.

Also, is there a way to know if people or private companies are proposing a resort or recreational facility in the area? This is because it is required in our thesis to look for proponents.
