Hi I would like to request a document regarding regulations o n PWDs in Tourist hiking spots. 

Supporting question:

- are there exemption in PWDs if the tourist spot is a hiking trail ex. Masungi georeserve discovery trail 
- is it allowed that the masungi georeserve discovery trail is not accessible for PWDs

This is for Thesis purposes

Thesis title: Masungi Georeserve Wellness Resort: Manifesting Luxury through Nature-Inspired design

The goal of the project is to provide a nature inspired wellness resort in masungi georesrve that offers luxury experience for the users to highlight masungi georeserve's initiatives to safe guard its forest.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that the DOT has yet to regulate tourism activities. As such, you may wish to coordinate directly with the LGU or the NGO that has jurisdiction specific to the hiking area.
