Your FOI request is approved. 

Upon coordination with DOT CALABARZON, they have submitted the breakdown of accommodations accredited in San Juan, Batangas from year 2021 to present:

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. Upon coordination with DOT CALABARZON, they cannot determine the bedding capacity as they only record the total number of rooms. 
For the occupancy rate, establishments submit their reports directly to the provincial tourism offices. As such, you may also send a request to San Juan Tourism Office for the complete number of establishments in the town and for the accurate and readily available data on occupancy rate. You may contact them through email: tourism@sanjuanbatangas.gov.ph

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with our response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review by writing a letter or email addressed to Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco of the Department of Tourism and sending it through the email address: foi_ro@tourism.gov.ph. Your review request should be made within 15 working days from the date when you received this reply and must provide the reason/s why you are not satisfied.
