Hi. I would like to request the following data/information: 
1. Organizational Chart and the list of Offices under the DOT and their functions as of December 2021
2. List of Secretaries and the period of their service and their appointing authority (since the establishment of the DOT to present)
3. Personnel Complement: number of personnel and their demographics (by gender, age, career/non-career positions)
4. Flagship programs/projects 
5. List of significant agency issuances during the administration of President Duterte Thank you.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office cannot process your request as it is similar to the one you have lodged yesterday, 04 May 2022. That particular request is currently on hold as we are awaiting for your reply/feedback to the clarifications made by our FOI Decision Maker.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi_ro@tourism.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
