You asked for the following tourism data:
A. In the Philippines:
1. Regional Distribution of Overnight Travelers from 2018 to 2022; and
2. Projected tourist arrivals in the next 10 years;
B. In CALABARZON from 2018 to 2022:
1. Annual and monthly number of foreign and domestic tourists;
2. Projected tourist arrivals in the next 10 years;
3. Purpose of tourist visits; and
4. Average length of stay of tourists.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Relative to the information you requested, below are the responses:

A.1. We have enclosed the Regional Distribution of Overnight Travelers for 2021.
For data on Regional Distribution from 2018 to 2020, you may access the data through this link: http://www.tourism.gov.ph/tourism_dem_sup_pub.aspx
For 2022 data, please be informed that the report is generated annually hence there is no partial data available.

A.2. Relative to the projected tourist arrivals in the next 10 years, please be informed that there is no available data as of this time.

B.1 and 2. We have enclosed a report from DOT CALABARZON relative to the annual and monthly number of foreign and domestic tourists and projected tourist arrivals in the next 10 years in CALABARZON from 2018 to 2022 (Q2).

B.3 and 4. Meanwhile, relative to the request on the purpose of tourist visits and
the average length of stay of tourists in CALABARZON, please be informed that there is no available data as of this time.
 
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as these are the only available data from DOT CALABARZON and DOT Central Office.

Your right to request a review
