Hello there, 

I am looking to request the number of tourists arriving in Cordova, Cebu, from 2018-2023. 

This data will be used for a PhD student's (Miss Bridget Mullany) university studies and will aid her in the completion of her PhD project.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are constrained to DENY your request in accordance with Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 which provides that access to information using the Philippines FOI is restricted to Filipinos only.
