We are conducting a study on the barriers that influence the employers’ attitudes towards Deaf-mute persons in quick Service restaurants in Metro Manila. With this, we would like to request a copy of the latest list of fast food establishments in Metro Manila to help us gather data necessary for the success of our thesis.

You asked for List of fast food establishments in Metro Manila.

Response to Request

Please be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may be registered with DTI. 

Also, kindly be advised that a Business Name Registration is NOT a license to engage in any kind of business and that the business, regardless of its nature, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the respective Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of all cities in Metro Manila for proper assistance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Sec. Ramon M. Lopez at secretary@dti.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
