To whom it may concern;

Good day.

I ordered an item from their online store on November 24, 2020 at 1:13 pm but up until this day there is still no update where my order is. I have repeatedly contacted their customer support for updates/answers but they keep on telling me that the delay is due to overwhelming orders which is not believable.

If you check the comments from their Facebook page posts, you will read massive complains from dissatisfied customers asking where their orders are.

I would also like to add that other customers are waiting for more than two months now. And some, after waiting really long, only got their orders cancelled without any valid explanation.

I also read one comment from a customer that he still hasn't received his order from November but tried ordering another item on December and was received after a few days. My guess is that they accepted too much orders, more than the stock they have.

Several customers also requested for a refund but were refused by Adidas.

This is completely unacceptable and should be penalized accordingly.

I have also already emailed consumercare@dti.gov.ph with initial complaint form and screenshots of evidences on December 14, 2020 but I still haven't received any reply/confirmation up until now.

Just to give you an idea about the prices before the pandemic and now.

Before pandemic prices: (from a price list from an online seller)
Foxter Harvard 29er - 13,500.00
Foxter Vinson 29er - 15,200.00

Prices now: (inquiry from a FB Marketplace seller)
Foxter Harvard 29er - 22,500.00
Foxter Vinson 29er - 25,500.00
