Kindly be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may not be registered with DTI. 

Businesses, regardless of nature, need to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office of a particular LGU.
