You asked for Company Legitimacy Inquiry.

Response to Request

Please be informed an entity in the name of "CLEX-G REAL ESTATE MARKETING" is registered with DTI.  You can check the business names registered with DTI from this link: https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/search

However, DTI Business Name registration is not a permit or license to engage in any type of business since the permit to operate is issued by the Business Permit and Licensing Office of the concerned LGU.

Thus, if you are looking for the  details of operating businesses, you may inquire with the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of the concerned LGU since they are the ones who issue a business permit to operate.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Sec. Alfredo E. Pascual at email secretary@dti.gov.ph>.
