Hi! With reference to statements of the DTI Secretary every now and then regarding the percentage of industries allowed to operate under various community quarantine status in NCR (e.g., "95% of industries or sectors are now allowed to operate under GCQ"), and the changing rules even under the same CQ status, I would like to request the following data:

Percentage of industries/sectors in NCR allowed to operate by month, from March 2020 to September 2021 (or up to latest available)

I will be using this for an academic exercise as I am currently undergoing training on data analytics. Thank you

Please take note that all issuances issued by the IATF with regards to operational capacity of business establishments are the rule.  The percentages of allowed operations could be obtained from this link:
