Dear Ma'am/Sir:

Greetings! I am Lianne Depante, a researcher at the UP Resilience Institute. We are currently working on a project with regard to the resilience of the urban population in the country. To conduct the study, we might need to have city-level data on the number of beneficiaries of government programs.

In this regard, we would like to ask the following:
(1) Number of beneficiaries of Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso (3P) per city
(2) Number of Negosyo Centers per city
(3) Number of beneficiaries of other DTI programs for MSMEs (e.g., Shared Service Facility) per city
