Hello! I am a 3rd year chemical engineering student from Batangas State University, and as part of our thesis on biodiesels, we need Philippine Standards for Biodiesels to serve as our guide. Namely, we would like to request for PNS/DOE QS 010:2015 –  Petroleum Products - High FAME-Blended Diesel Oils (B5) Specification
