Hi, I'm seeking for a help because shopee just randomly banned my account due to unusual activities, It's been 2 years since my account is banned and I tried several times to contact Shopee Customer Service but they told me they will send me an email but I did not receive any email and also some agent that the account cant lift the ban and also they can't provide me the exact violation of the account.
