Greetings!

Our Municipal Mayor would like to implement a vendor registry system in our municipality. I understand that vendor registry is provided under EO 452, S. 1997 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 

I have searched for the copy of the IRR on the net but couldn't find it. I hope to get a copy of it to ensure that our executive order on the vendor registry is made in accordance with its provisions.
