Good day, I am Aldrin Tacasa Cayabayab, a fourth-year undergraduate in the Department of Environmental Science at Tarlac State University, and I am conducting a research paper or thesis entitled "Climate Risk Vulnerability Assessment on the Production of Rice and Sugarcane in the City of Tarlac, Philippines. In connection with this, we would like to request data on the latest Cities and Municipalities Competitive Index (CMCI) raw data for Tarlac City.
