Hi,

We are currently in the process of setting up an online store.
Inline with the required legal documents of an online store by the DTI.  it is best to seek for the correct source.  

1. We would like to request for the standard, certified and legal format of the following documents:

- Terms and Conditions
- Privacy Policy
- User Agreement
- Payment Policy
- Refund and Exchanges

2. What are the mandatory policies and agreements an online store website must have?
