Greetings!

Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). DTI handles and registers only a business name for sole (single) proprietorship. For business permit, you may coordinate with the Local Government Unit-Business Permit and Licensing Office where the office is located.
