I would like to request in your good office of the governments rules and regulations in setting up a car wash especially if it is automated.

Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). 

Car wash business does not need any accreditation from DTI, unless you want it to provide repair or other services.  But you can apply for business name registration through: https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/

We advise you to reach your respective LGU with regards to business permit related requirements and other ordinances.
